Hi, I’m Jade Etter.

Gut Health Expert / Consultant / Course Creator

I have helped hundreds of clients/patients heal from their own unique struggles with gut dysfunction. I want to make the information and practical tips I give in my 1:1 consultation accessible for all, so I created the Resilient Gut Course!

At the age of 25, my life radically changed when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis.

I went from being a collegiate athlete and training for a spartan race to barely making it out of bed in the morning. 

Within a short period of time I had been through 3 surgeries, 3 invasive procedures, immunosuppressive drugs, high dose steroids, and hospitalizations. Despite this, I was still unable to reach remission. 

It was at that point I knew there must be another way to heal my body. I decided to stop taking all prescription medications and set out on a journey to heal myself naturally. I focused on balancing my blood sugar, structuring my plate with nutrient dense foods, prioritized sleep, detoxified my home and body, and limited my demand (ie stress). 

Within 2 years, I was able to heal my Ulcerative Colitis naturally.

I knew so many other people in a similar situation could benefit from the knowledge I gained. So I put everything I learned about healing and balancing my own gut inside my Resilient Gut Course.
